GLOSS LILBURN CAR WASH 2018 JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED SPORT GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

 

  1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Gloss Lilburn Car Wash Jeep Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on September 1, 2022 and ends the earlier of when Gloss Lilburn, LLC has 2,500 active members in the Binge Car Wash Membership program or August 18, 2023, (the “Sweepstakes Period”). There are two ways to enter:
    1. You will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes if you: are enrolled as an active member of the Binge Car Wash Membership (“Member”) during the Sweepstakes Period. All Member accounts must be in good standing at the time of the drawing according to Gloss Lilburn, LLC’s Binge Car Wash Membership guidelines.
    2. Alternatively, hand print your complete name, address, age, daytime/evening phone numbers, email address, and the words, Gloss Lilburn Car Wash Jeep Giveaway” on a plain piece of “3 x 5” paper (or note card), and mail in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Gloss Lilburn, LLC, Marketing Dept., ATTN: Gloss Lilburn Car Wash Jeep Giveaway, 6075 Barfield Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2022, and received by December 31, 2022.


      Limit One Entry Per Person Or Household By Any Means      .

  1. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open to U.S. citizens 18 years of age or older who, as of the date of entry, are: (a) enrolled as an active member of the Binge Car Wash Membership during the Sweepstakes Period and residing in the state of Georgia; or (b) legal residents of the state of Georgia who mail an eligible entry as described above. Employees and family members of employees (including spouse, children, parents and siblings of employees) of the Gloss Lilburn LLCI, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and any individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Sweepstakes shall not be eligible. Entrants must meet state requirements to obtain title to vehicle, including identification and/or license requirements. Void where prohibited by law.
  2. PRIZES. One (1) specifically identified vehicle, a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport with approximately 28,000 miles (VIN # 1C4HJXDG7JW162898) valued at approximately $54,999 by soflojeeps.com (the “Jeep”), provided by Gloss Lilburn, LLC (“Prize Provider”) shall be awarded. Winner will not receive cash – no substitutions by winner permitted. Winner must pick up Jeep from Prize Provider within 30 calendar days of prize notification and must take receipt of Jeep at Prize Provider’s Lilburn location. Winner must submit payment of applicable taxes, title and registration fees to Prize Provider and provide evidence of insurance prior to delivery of prize. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. All federal and state taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of the prize (which requires winner to provide his/her social security number) and will be required to fill out a W-9 form. Prize Provider may finance the Jeep and the Jeep may be subject to a title lien/mortgage/note for up to five years after the date of prize notification.  Winner agrees to take title to the Jeep subject to any encumbrance, loan, or note, to be the sole responsibility of Prize Provider, and agrees not to sell, gift, transfer, pawn, or otherwise encumber the Jeep until Prize Provider finally pays any financing terms the Jeep may be subject to at the time of transfer to Winner.
  3. SELECTION OF WINNER. Winner will be selected in a random drawing as described in paragraph 1 above and no later than August 18, 2023 by the Prize Provider, whose decisions are final. Winner will be notified by mail, email, or telephone within 30 days. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or winner cannot be located or does not respond by deadline date, an alternative winner will be selected. Winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where not limited by law, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize will only be awarded if winner complies with these Official Rules.
  4. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes offered to eligible participants but void where prohibited or restricted by law. By submitting your own entry and/or accepting a prize, you specifically acknowledge and agree that the Prize Provider may use your name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By submitting an entry, you agree to release Prize Provider and its advertising agencies, officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, participation in or use or misuse of any prize. You accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Member relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, selection of winner and awarding of prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No correspondence will be acknowledged. Prize Provider reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems unacceptable. By entering this Sweepstakes, you also acknowledge and agree that your personal information from any entry form may be used by Prize Provider for internal marketing analyses and to provide participant with information from time to time about Prize Provider and its services, products, and promotions. All personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Prize Provider’s privacy policy.

  6. WINNER. Winner will be posted on glosscarwash.com by August 31, 2023.
  7. PRIZE PROVIDER. Gloss Lilburn, LLC, 5712 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA 30084
